Inland Phrase






To say here she curves her wrist     

dip in paper                            

narrow corner to narrow          

step touch                               


in the blue air distance curves

her waiting in 

weighted sternum to fall, air                                                                          

through air


look through her narrow sharp light     

she is inside

the lengthened lift of body

progress


the sternum folded towards sound

unfinished and

muscle free, shoulder to hip

soft hip


hand to ear, soft, to the left

field of root curve                                   

look through the parallel light
